The holiday market is developing positively in almost two thirds of the areas analysed.<br \/>\nAnalysing <strong>Andalusia<\/strong>recovery is taking place in <strong>The Axarquia<\/strong> and in the Tarifa-Conil area. Some improvement can be seen in Vera (Almer\u00eda) and Chiclana-Puerto Real (C\u00e1diz). The most delayed area is Algeciras.<br \/>\n<strong>PRICES<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1>The real estate market is thriving in Malaga in the Axarquia region<\/h1>\n<p>The <strong>more pronounced increase<\/strong> in prices is in the <strong>coast of Malaga<\/strong>. The number of localities with growth above 5% increases from 8 municipalities to 15.<br \/>\nThe enclave with the best evolution is located in Moj\u00e1car, followed by Manilva and San Fernando, according to the data of the <strong>Tinsa statistics<\/strong>.<br \/>\nHousing close to the sea obviously performs better than inland areas, says Antonio Garc\u00eda Gallego, Territorial Business Coordinator Peninsula and Islands.<br \/>\nThe biggest gap in terms of the fall in finished housing, as reported by Tinsa, is in Casares (M\u00e1laga), with a 62.2% fall compared to 2007. Significant falls have occurred in Vejer de la Frontera, Lepe and Punta Umbr\u00eda.<br \/>\nMarbella showed an average price of 2,074 \u20ac\/m2, while Tarifa stands at 1,958 \u20ac\/m2, which has meant a widening of the gap between the two cities. The most expensive coastal municipalities are C\u00e1diz and Nerja.<br \/>\nThe cheapest average prices are in Motril, Huelva Capital and Roquetas de Mar (933\u20ac\/m2, 982\u20ac\/m2 and 1.012\u20ac\/m2, respectively).<br \/>\n<strong>OFFER<\/strong><br \/>\nThe <strong>proportion of holiday new-build stock remains significant<\/strong> in Sotogrande, the north of Aguadulce, El Toyo, Roquetas de Mar or Vera and V\u00e9lez M\u00e1laga.<br \/>\nThe <strong>proportion of new building stock decreases<\/strong> in Tarifa, Marbella, Nerja, Rinc\u00f3n de la Victoria and the coast of Granada.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The report Vivienda en Costa 2017 highlights that the holiday home market in La Axarqu\u00eda, has boosted the recovery compared to the only growth last year, the western area of the province of M\u00e1laga.
