The latest study by the Malaga property market reveals that there is a progressive increase in the sales of homes in the province, especially in those of second handThis is due to the fact that the shortage of supply of new builds means that demand is focused on second-hand homes. During 2016, 19,438 second-hand homes were sold compared to 1,624 new builds.
