As part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the Spanish government has launched a series of grants aimed at boosting and improving the digitalisation of SMEs and the self-employed. The aim is to finance services and market solutions, and to achieve greater progress in the level of digital maturity in the first stage, for which 500 million euros have been earmarked for companies with between 0 and 49 employees.
Ayudarte a dirigir tus referencias y productos para incrementar tu nivel de ventas, optimizando los recursos existentes, eligiendo los canales de distribución adecuados y adaptando tus referencias y productos a las necesidades externas.
It includes:
- Estudio previo de alternativas y alta en la plataforma: la solución incluye la apertura de cuenta y alta de tu perfil en, al menos, una plataforma de Marketplace y en, al menos, un país.
- Análisis de la competencia: la solución incluye la realización de una investigación de mercado focalizada en las características de tus competidores para mejorar tu proceso de toma de decisiones y ayudarte a alcanzar una posición competitiva.
- Diseño y definición de la estrategia de negocio: la solución incluye la generación de la estrategia de negocio para lograr la consecución de los objetivos deseados orientando los recursos disponibles hacia dicha finalidad.
- Producción del catálogo de referencias: análisis de las categorías a comercializar para seleccionar, al menos, diez productos alineados con la estrategia de negocio, salvo que no dispongas de este número, en cuyo caso podrá ser menor.
- Creación del contenido del listing: definición de, al menos, diez descripciones del catálogo de referencias, salvo que no dispongas de este número, en cuyo caso podrá ser menor.
- Alta de referencias: carga de, al menos, diez referencias, y sus respectivas descripciones y fotografías, en la plataforma, salvo que no dispongas de este número, en cuyo caso podrá ser menor, acompañada por la descripción y fotografía individual de cada producto.
The provision of the solution will be carried out in two phases, within the timeframe and with the committed performance acknowledgement defined below:
- First Phase: 3 months and a committed execution at 70%.
- Second Phase: 12 months and implementation committed to 30%.
- From 0 to 2 employees - 2000€.
- From 3 to 9 employees - 2000€.
- From 10 to 49 employees - 2000€.
Including 12 months of service provision.
The solution includes a support service for any incident you may have, with a resolution time of less than 24 hours. In addition, the domain and hosting of your website will also have this service. We will carry out the maintenance and support remotely and, additionally, you will have a telephone number and an email address where you can make any queries you may have.
The solution includes training so that you can acquire sufficient knowledge to be able to use and manage your website independently, especially in terms of regulatory compliance.
