• Logs de conexión: serás capaz de mantener un registro de los dispositivos que se han conectado a tu red privada.
• Control de acceso: tendrás la posibilidad de permitir la conexión a tu red privada única y exclusivamente a los dispositivos autorizados por ti.
• Dispositivos móviles: podrás hacer uso de esta solución desde dispositivos móviles.
• Configuración inicial y actualizaciones de seguridad: dispondrás de una configuración inicial para que puedas usarlo correctamente, con las respectivas actualizaciones de firmas de malware y otros datos para detección de amenazas además de las actualizaciones de software de seguridad periódicas requeridas.

The provision of the solution will be carried out in two phases, within the timeframe and with the committed performance acknowledgement defined below:

• First Phase: 3 months and a committed execution at 70%.
• Second Phase: 12 months and implementation committed to 30%.

The solution includes a support service for any incident you may have, with a resolution time of less than 24 hours. In addition, the domain and hosting of your website will also have this service. We will carry out the maintenance and support remotely and, additionally, you will have a telephone number and an email address where you can make any queries you may have.

The solution includes training so that you can acquire sufficient knowledge to be able to use and manage your website independently, especially in terms of regulatory compliance.
